Refund policy

Hair Purchases: All hair sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair purchases.

Accessory Exchanges: Exchanges will only be considered if there is an error on our part.

Damages: If you receive a damaged accessory, you may return it for an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the item is not received within this timeframe, the exchange request will be void.
